- El faro y Cabo Finisterre. La construcción del faro data de mediados del siglo XIX. El Cabo Finisterre, situado al sur de la Costa da Morte, es un lugar mítico en torno al cual han surgido numerosas leyendas, sin duda como consecuencia de considerarse durante muchos años el punto más occidental de la península, allí donde finalizaba el mundo conocido, allí donde acababa la tierra cuando ésta se suponía plana, el Finis Terrae. Es un lugar privilegiado para la contemplación de la puesta de sol sobre el mar, siguiendo así la tradición de los antiguos peregrinos que llegaban, más penosamente que nosotros, caminando.
